Our story began with the love for food. Wherever we go, we enjoy the food and culture of the local people, and find joy in trying different cuisines and diverse cultures.

Being Hyderabadis, and food lovers, we try food from different restaurants in Hyderabad on weekends. We have tried many buffet restaurants too. But amidst all our explorations, we noticed something missing – there wasn’t a place where we could enjoy all these delicious flavors together. It seemed like each restaurant offered only a small taste of what Indian cuisine had to offer, leaving us longing for more.

That’s when we had an idea – why not create a restaurant that brings together all the diverse tastes of India under one roof?

Motivated by this vision, we set out to create Indraprastha Markham – a buffet restaurant where every Indian taste bud could find its perfect match. We wanted to offer a wide variety of dishes, from comforting South Indian classics to aromatic North Indian favorites. Our goal was to create a dining experience that celebrated the rich tapestry of Indian cuisine, where every meal was a journey through the flavors of the subcontinent.

After months of planning and hard work, Indraprastha Markham finally opened its doors. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted with the tantalizing aromas of spices and the warm hospitality of our staff. Our buffet spread is a feast for the senses, with colorful dishes that reflect the diversity of India’s culinary heritage.
